Refund Policy:
The 15% deposit made at the time of booking is not refundable under any circumstances. Once the trip is started, there will be no refund at all under any circumstances regarding the deposit and the balance payment already made.

Things to be noted. Our respected tour and trekking guests are responsible for the followings:
-to obtain travel insurance before departure from home
-choosing a trip that suits their abilities, fitness level and state of health.
-appropriate clothing.
-respect the laws of your destinations.
-have basic knowledge about rescue and related sickness.

Our limitations of liability:
Abound Asian Adventures P. Ltd. is not liable for additional expenses such as emergency rescues. Our guests are strongly suggested to obtain travel insurance before departure from home. Travel insurance should cover medical expenses and rescue flight by helicopter or any other sources. During a trip, we'll be taking every care of your safety in order to maintain our highest quality of service and reputation.

Under any circumstances, Abound Asian Adventures P. Ltd. is not liable for any property damages and bodily injuries due to  forces of nature,  high altitude sickness, consumption of alcoholic beverages, horseback,  terrorism, civil unrest, travel by overland (by flight or road), during a trekking and mountaineering expedition.
