Ghandruk and Ghorepani (Poon Hill)
This trekking route offers panoramic view of mountains within a short span of timeframe. It takes couple of days from Pokhara to reach Ghorepani and Ghandruk, which is the native homeland of world famous Gurkha Soldiers as well as known for the great views including the both famous mountains Mt. Annapurna and Mt. Dhaulagiri as well as other prominent snow-capped peaks in the Western Development Region of Nepal. For a panoramic view of northern mountains, Poonhill (3210m) which is about an hour’s climb away from Ghorepani Pass above Ghorepani Village also offers best view of Mt. Dhaulagiri, Tukchey Peak in the northwest and Mt. Annapurna and Mt. Nilgiri in the northeast.The Poonhill also offers far-sighted aerial view of Kaligandakin Valley (former main trading route between Nepal and Tibet via Mustang) which is considered as world’s deepest gorge between Mt. Dhaulagiri and Mt. Annapurna range and one of the popular trekking spots in Nepal.

Itinerary & Highlight
Day 01. Arrival in Kathmandu:
Transfer to hotel for check in and briefing on the trip. An introductory sightseeing trip to downtown Kathmandu or explore around hotel depending on your flight arrival.
Day 2.  Kathmandu to Pokhara (915m) and drive to Ulleri Village (2073m):
After an early breakfast around 06:45, transfer to Kathmandu Airport for early morning flight to Pokhara. Lunch. After lunch, drive (about 3 hours or more) along the Trikedunga River. Overnight at Ulleri Village.
Day 3. Ulleri to Ghorepani (2874m):
After breakfast, proceed uphill trek to Ghorepani about 3 hours.  Upon arrival, check in local lodge for overnight accommodation. Admiring the panoramic view of northern mountains including Mt. Dhaulagiri Range, Mt. Annapurna Range.
Day 4. Ghorepani-Poon Hill (3210m)-Ghorepani and Tadapani (2706m):
An early morning sunrise excursion (about an hour steep uphill trek) to the Poon Hill Tower for filming the sunrise and mountain views. Return to Ghorepani for breakfast, then trek proceed to Tadapani Camp for overnight accommodation. Tadapani is one of the best place to view the Mt. Annapurna South, Modi Peak and Mt. Fishtail (Machhapuchare).
Day 5. Tadapani – Pokhara:
Having an early morning breakfast, downhill trek departs for Pokhara via Ghandruk village. Lunch at Ghandruk, then drive about three hours to Pokhara. Check in hotel.
Day 6. Pokhara – Kathmandu:
Sightseeing at own in Pokhara. Drive to Kathmandu . Arrive Kathmandu in the evening and transfer to hotel. Rest or explore around Thamel streeet for shopping and sightseeing.
Day 7. Transfer to airport: 
After breakfast, transfer to airport. Departure from Kathmandu or make extension as per your time-frame.

Accommodation Plan:
– Hotel accommodation for 2 nights in Kathmandu on twin-sharing basis.
– Hotel accommodation for 1 nights in Pokhara on twin-sharing basis.
– Local lodge during the trekking period based on twin sharing or dormitory.
Meal Plan:
– Breakfast only basis. Direct payable for lunch and dinner during the trip.
Mode of Transportation:
– All ground transportation in Kathmandu and Pokhara as per the itinerary.
– Tourist bus: Kathmandu/Pokhara/Kathmandu. Option: Airfare: Pokhara flight if needed.
– Airport pickup and drop upon your arrival in Kathmandu.
– Ground transfers by private vehicle: Pokhara/Ulleri (trekking starting and ending point), Ghandruk/Pokhara.
