We are a Nepal based registered company in the field of tourism under the Ministry of Industry (registration number 1139/050/051) and Ministry of Tourism Nepal (license number248/400/062), bound by the laws of Nepal Government. The trip cost will be quoted in US Dollars. But the payment can be accepted in any convertible currencies recognized by local bank.
To book a trip
You need to provide us passport details and arrival (flight) details of each member or group along with the request to book a trip. We seek 25% non-refundable deposit amount (of the total trip cost) 35 days prior to your trip departure from Kathmandu.
On receiving initial non-refundable deposit
All pre-arrangements will be done (such as: applicable room, flight booking and securing our best field staff on “First deposit First Serve” basis) after receiving the non-refundable deposit from you through bank.

The payment can also be made in Visa Card, Master Cards and any other recognized cards. But we reserve the right to accept or reject, need our approval in advance. There is a surcharge of 4% when payment is paid using a credit card. Therefore, we encourage you to pay us through bank or in cash for prompt service and in order to avoid the surcharges and unnecessary delays in process.
Final (balance) payment
The remaining final payment (75%) should be sent to our bank account 15 days prior to the trip departure date from Kathmandu. If the payment is not received by the specified date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking without notice.
As an option, arrangement can be made regarding final payment. The final payment can be paid in cash upon your arrival in Nepal. But it is essential for you to get our approval regarding the option.
Cancellation & refund
For your convenience, we have simplified our cancellation and refund policy. The cancellation and refund policy is applicable on final (balance) payment only. If cancellation is made 7 days prior to the trip departure date, full refund (excluding the initial non-refundable deposit of 25%) will be made. Thereafter, no refund will be made available at any circumstances.
While transferring your initial non-refundable deposit and final payment to our account, all applicable bank charges and surcharges to be cleared by clients themselves. Our trip cost does not include such charges and surcharges.
